1. How far in advance should I book my photography session? I recommend to book your session one month in advance.
2. Where are you located? I am in Cancun Mexico and I also offer service to Riviera Maya, Tulum and Isla Mujeres. If your wedding is located outside of this area I am also happy to travel (extra fees apply).
3. We don’t have a lot of experience taking pictures. Do you help us with that? Don’t worry! I will guide you through the photoshoot with regards to posing and facial expressions. The most important thing is that you feel calm and be yourself.
4. How long will it take for my photos to be edited? For photo sessions it will take anytime between 7 and 10 days. For weddings the delivery time is 6 to 7 weeks.
5. How will I receive my pictures? I will send you a link to an online gallery so that you can download them once they are edited. You can also share them with your friends and family.
6. Do you accept credit cards? No. Only cash, wire transfer or PayPal.
7. What happens if I lose my pictures after I download them? I always suggest having a backup copy in case this happens. If you don’t have a backup, I can send you the images. I keep a copy of all my photoshoots.
8. Do your wedding packages include a second shooter? Yes, but only for the 6 and 8 hour package.
